Join Melissa in the skylight studio for Sacred Sound at This Land Yoga.

Start your week relaxed, renewed and recharged from the healing frequencies of sound.
This class will be a musical meditation created with crystal singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks and many other healing sound instruments.

Gentle Yoga and Sound
Space Yoga Studio
July 11th 3-5 pm

Join Rachel White and Melissa Hobson for this special event. The first hour will be dedicated to connecting to your beautiful body. Rachel will guide you into nurturing, long-held yin yoga poses that help release tension and support the nervous system. The second hour will be dedicated to deep rest and relaxation. Melissa will provide an extended savasana sound bath with crystal singing bowls, chimes, and many other healing sound instruments.

All bodies are welcome - you do not need to have any previous knowledge of yoga to benefit from this beautiful experience. Just bring your beautiful self and your yoga mat. Any necessary props, blankets and eye masks will be provided for you.
